1. Returns Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to return unopened products for a full refund. This right is guaranteed under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK implementation of EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returnable products:

  • Unopened, sealed packaging
  • In original condition
  • Within 14 calendar days of purchase

Non-returnable products:

  • Opened or partially used products (hygiene reasons)
  • Damaged due to mishandling by customer
  • Products returned after 14 days

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide return shipping instructions
  4. Ship the unopened product to the return address provided

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to:

  • Our error (wrong product sent)
  • Damaged packaging (product damaged in transit)
  • Defective product

In these cases, we will arrange return postage or refund the cost.

5. Refund Processing

  • We inspect returned products upon receipt
  • If eligible, refunds are processed within 14 days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Refund does not include original delivery costs
